This section of the toolkit is designed to complement the two previous modules, walking you through the stages of setting up an Empty Spaces to Homes project and thinking of everything needed to get it towards the construction phase. It also looks at legal considerations, covering all stages from initial feasibility to acquisition to conversion to handing over of the keys.
Your Architect and construction team will be there to support you during the technical phase of Empty Spaces to Homes, but this module will help to equip you with the knowledge and key questions for your organisation to consider during the process.
